Vacation Rental Amenities
BBC has a private pool and jacuzzi for guests and residents only.
The beach is just a short walk across the street, with private beach
access, shower areas, changing areas, and another pool! The pools
are heated and are set to 84 F and the jacuzzi is set to 104 F.
There is also a boardwalk on the property overlooking the bay with a
bayfront gazebo over the water and a fishing pier.
Activities and Attractions Anna Maria island is located on the gulf between Sarasota and
Tampa. It is a beautiful, quiet island with plenty of activities to
keep you entertained, or to simply relax! The white sand beaches
and clear blue waters are hard to beat. Enjoy a day relaxing on the
beach and swimming in the ocean.
Shopping, golfing, and fishing are all activities that can be found
throughout the island and within short driving distance.
Orlando is located within two hours, if you wish to spend a day at
SeaWorld, Disney World, Universal Studios, etc.

Terms and Conditions:
Check-in time is 4:00 pm
Check-out time is 10:00 am
Required is a $300 deposit to reserve the unit, with the remaining
payment due 30 days prior to arrival.
Taxes are additional
There will also be a $80 cleaning fee for each rental.
$500 security deposit is required and will be returned within 30
days of departure upon satisfactory inspection of the unit.
No pets are allowed.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a $35 processing fee.
Cancellations made over 90 day's prior to arrival date will receive an 80% refund,
within 60-90 days prior to arrival will receive a 70% refund, less than 60 days
will not receive a refund unless the rental unit is rented to another tenant for
your lease period. All refunds will be paid by check, regardless of how the
reservation was made.
